Terms & Conditions

As this is an NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) flight, timings are tentative and subject to permissions and weather conditions. We recommend booking your return flight keeping one buffer day to allow for any potential delays

Flying time is subject to permissions and weather conditions. Changes may occur due to weather or technical reasons

Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a total weight limitation of 445 kg for all 6 passengers

Yatra reserves the right to de-board passengers if the actual body weight deviates from what was provided at the time of booking

No refunds will be provided for any passenger who is de- boarded due to incorrect body weight

Passengers are requested to provide exact body weight measured on an electronic scale
Passengers with a body weight of above 75 kg will be charged INR 2,500 per kg excess. This amount will be collected in Dehradun before the flight

If the given body weight is incorrect, passengers will be charged INR 3,000 per kg on the final check by the pilot, or they will be de-boarded without any refund
1 small soft bag (max. 3 kg) per passenger, this duffel bag will be provided by us on the day of arrival

Hard-case luggage or large bags are not allowed

Dham sequence may vary due to weather, technical issues, or government permissions

The departure time and sequence are subject to change

Yatra holds the right to change the hotels at flight origin and destination based on hotel availability

Groups of 6 passengers or more may have to stay in different hotels as they will be traveling in different helicopters due to body weight limitations

Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only.

Flying in Hills is subject to bad weather conditions and various Force Majeure factors like
Delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions VVIP movements
Valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM). Sudden occurrence of technical snags in aircraft
Illness of flying crew or late reporting of passengers at helipads. Passenger Preparedness

Passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios

It is strongly advised to keep 1 additional day at hand, over & above the 3N4D period, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios

Due to backlog, bad weather, or any natural circumstances, amendments in your itinerary may occur where we can cover Ekdham or Dodham in 1 day
If any Dham is missed due to bad weather or force majeure, we will provide a proportional refund (excluding taxes, fees, and flight preparation charges)
Inform us in advance if any medical or special conditions exist. We reserve the right to de-board passengers who do not disclose this information
Transfers are only provided on arrival and departure days. Additional charges apply for transfers to Haridwar/Rishikesh (INR 8,000 per cab)

A single vehicle will be provided for a group of 6 passengers throughout the tour
Passengers may be shifted between helicopters for safe weight distribution

Infants under 2 years travel free with valid ID/Birth Certificate

50% deposit at the time of booking; balance due 45 days before departure
Tour Cost: If 1 Dham is completed and 1 Dham is left out, INR 12,500 approx. per person will be refunded as a credit note. This cost is exclusive of other expenses like extra night halt, extra transfers, or any extra services utilized beyond the package inclusions.

The cost of additional services provided at any Dham during the tour will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost.

Terms and Conditions
Registration:

Mandatory Registration: Please ensure you have your registration slip from https://registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in/ for your travel date. Permits will be issued accordingly.

Helipads: There are multiple helipads available for helicopter flights to Kedarnath, including Sersi, Phata, Guptkashi, and Sitapur. Customers may board their flight to Kedarnath from any of these locations.

Operation of Helicopter: We operate this yatra in collaboration with third party helicopter operators. Please note that all flight operations are subject to weather conditions, government regulations, and other external factors beyond our control.

Seating and Capacity: Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a maximum total weight of 450 kg.

Baggage Allowance: Chardham Baggage allowance (5Kg Per person)

Note: Vehicles are only for Pick up and Drop from Railway Station/Airport to and from Dehradun City Limits only.

Departure Timing Confirmation: Departure times will be confirmed one day prior and may change due to weather conditions, VIP movements, or maintenance work.

Kedarnath Darshan: Visit to Kedarnath: Passengers will land at Phata/ Sersi Helipad and receive a slot to fly to Kedarnath. Timings for these non-scheduled flights will be provided upon arrival at Phata/Sersi. Please expect a waiting period of 2-4 hours depending on ground situations.

Facilities: Heater or Blower: Please note that heaters and blowers are not available in the hotels during the Yatra.

VIP Darshan: All Vip Darshan is totally depends by the Mandir Samiti and Uttarakhand Government

Note: Night halt at Kedarnath will be arranged on a triple or quad sharing basis and is payable directly by the guests. Please be advised that the accommodation quality available at Kedarnath Dham is modestly above average. While it is clean and functional, guests are encouraged to maintain realistic expectations regarding comfort and amenities due to the remote location.

Meal Information: All meals provided are vegetarian.
• Packed Breakfast: Options include a sandwich, paratha, poori with dry bhaji, or poha.
• Breakfast: Served with tea/coffee, paratha with curd, poori bhaji, or upma/poha (0730-1000 hrs).
• Lunch & Dinner: Includes salad, 1 seasonal vegetable, 1 Dal, 1 Paneer dish, Roti & Rice.

Bad weather

Important Note for Chardham Yatra by Helicopter
If your Chardham Yatra by Helicopter faces bad weather or unforeseen delays, we immediately shift your Chardham Heli Yatra to the next available flying date.
For safety, we may adjust your Char Dham Helicopter Yatra itinerary when weather conditions are favourable.

Flying in hills depends on weather, ATC clearances, VVIP movements, or crew health. Every char Dham Yatra by Helicopter may face such realities.
In rare cases of extended stay, extra travel or hotel costs are proportionately borne by passengers beyond the Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter Price.

Important Note

If flying cannot take place for two continuous days due to bad weather, the Chardham Heli Yatra will be called off. In this case, passengers receive a 75% refund after deducting a 25% management fee. Extra hotel nights caused by bad weather are payable directly by passengers.

If flying is not possible from Dehradun due to bad weather, 20% is deducted, and the remaining refund is given back to yatris
